Anti-smoking has been a campaign used over and over again. Yet people still smoke whilst knowing the harm it can have on a person and the people around them. Instead of creating something that is going to make people feel as if they are being told off, have something subtle that is in their eye line all day This will hopefully make people un-consciously think about anti-smoking because it's in their peripheral vision.
